The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team. The role will ideally be based in our Southampton Office, and regular travel to our other offices will be required.
This role will support the Head of People & Culture, and work closely alongside the wider HR Team.
The suitable candidate will hold CIPD level 5 qualification or above, together with HR Advisor experience ideally within a Law Firm or Professional Services setting.
The ideal candidate will be able to undertake the following tasks with confidence and minimal supervision:
Responding to general HR queries Updating and maintaining employee data on the HR system (Cascade) Drafting letters and other documents Primary responsibility for dealing with flexible working requests Disciplinary/grievance procedures Performance reviews Maternity processes Policy reviews Generating reports and statistical analysis Any ad hoc projects and duties as required The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and teamwork is essential. Candidates must be proactive and logical in their approach to work and have the ability to remain professional at all times.
A full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
