A prestigious international law firm seeks an HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed term basis to join the wider HR Team to deliver effective HR operational support.Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Salary to £50,000Highly autonomous roleHR Advisor Key Responsibilities:Identify people issues and provide day to day support, advice and professional expertise, escalating more complex matters to Senior HR Advisors/HR Business PartnersUse key management information/metric and knowledge of the business to focus solutions effectivelyEquip and coach managers in the skills and knowledge to effectively manage people issuesProvide support to HR Business Partners/Senior HR Advisors on people matters across the employee lifecycleSupport the Senior HR Advisors/HR Business Partners with various investigations, including disciplinary, grievance and capability mattersNotify our Payroll HR Systems & Ops team promptly of any employee changes within the employee life cycleAssist HR Business Partners with the annual salary and bonus review processAssist with the recruitment processes, where necessary in partnership with the Talent Acquisition teamHR Advisor Key Skills & Requirements:Previous generalist HR experience, ideally within a law firmA sound understanding of employment legislation and a desire to keep up to date with upcoming changesExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influenceExcellent attention to detail and organisation skillsA focus on delivering a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholdersCIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential
