Responsibilities Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organization.
Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
Conduct employee relations investigations and provide solutions to resolve issues.
Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, preferably in the accounting industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
