An exciting permanent HR Advisor role within a successful not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact. My client is looking for a passionate HR Advisor who is keen to make a difference, enjoys being proactive, and thrives in a true generalist HR role where their input and contribution is recognised.
HR Responsibilities:
You will have one direct report into you, an HR Administrator.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Active involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing the hiring process. Oversee the creation and implementation of effective onboarding plans, including induction. Ensure all agreed training is provided and implemented throughout the year. Assist line managers in the performance management process. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Oversee payroll and pensions on a monthly basis. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Support with HR projects. Support with restructuring.
What you'll need to succeed:
You must have experience as an HR Officer / HR Advisor, who has managed low level ER cases.
You will ideally have knowledge of payroll.
You will ideally be qualified to at least level 3 of the CIPD or equivalent.
Experience supporting the implementation of HRIS would be advantageous.
