Hr Advisor

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Adviser for one of our clients based in Birmingham.
The HR Adviser will be responsible for providing HR Adviser and guidance to employees and management team.
HR Adviser Responsibilities: To maintain all HR systems ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date Preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing CV's, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates Supporting and leading Formal Meetings (disciplinary, grievances and flexible working applications) To administer starter/leaver processes Advising employee and Line Managers on all HR related queries.
Confident in chairing ER related meetings such as disciplinaries HR Adviser Details: Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 PA Location: Birmingham Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm HR Adviser Requirements: Previous experience of working within a HR environment Advanced knowledge in verbal and written communication skills Up to date knowledge of legislation Able to Multitask HR Adviser Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Company Workplace Pension.
