Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining employee records and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely advice.
Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
