HR Administrator – FTC Pro rata of £28k per annum Hours:- 3 days p/w (24 hrs) Location:- Central London (Hybrid) Who we are: Capturing the unique spirit and rare beauty of its original home in Richmond, Petersham Nurseries Covent Garden brings nature and elegance to the heart of central London.

Principal Role: As our HR Administrator, you will be working alongside the Head of HR to support with the end-to-end processes within the HR Department.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate or a motivated candidate starting out their career in HR.
This role will predominantly be based in Central London (Covent Garden), however may require supporting our site in Richmond as and required.
The role will provide a benefit of working from home as agreed with the manager.
Initially the role will be based on working 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to 5 days during our busier periods.
·       Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including onboarding, offboarding and any other changes on the system (Harri).
·       Supporting and co-ordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including preparation of offer letters, contracts of employment, referencing and obtaining necessary documentation at the offer stage.
·       Supporting in the recruitment processes, including advertising, handling of applications, shortlisting and liaising with candidates and scheduling interviews.
·       Supporting payroll administration and processing on a monthly basis.
·       Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising the management team in line with the company policies and procedures.
·       Support in monitoring Induction for new starters to ensure completion within the probation period   ·       Support the Head of HR in issuing documentation for ER cases, including Disciplinaries, Grievances, Absence management etc.
·       Organise and co-ordinate supplier trips.
