Reporting directly to the People & Talent Director and supporting the rest of the team, this role will be the first point of contact for all HR administrative enquiries.
This is a great chance for someone looking to enhance their experience in a scaling organisation that'll offer exposure across the full employee timeline from pre-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.
You will be responsible for the accuracy of all data and driving the efficiency of all HR administrative processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to off-boarding.
As the HR Administrator, you will also support on key people initiatives and projects to continuously improve our ways of working, such as enhancing our Payroll processes, and you could also expect to: Lead onboarding processes, coordinate first-day inductions, and track probationary reviews with line managers.
Act as the HiBob system expert, driving improvements, managing workflows, and liaising with the account manager.
Maintain the 'people calendar', ensuring timely responses to key dates like benefit renewals and system updates.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, ensuring prompt responses within agreed SLAs.
Support the implementation of HR processes, including appraisals, training, onboarding, and off-boarding.
Collaborate with managers and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
Assist with recruitment tasks, including requisition uploads, interview scheduling, and sending contracts.
Prepare employee communications, such as letters, contractual updates, and presentations.
Implement and maintian the HR intranet portal for easy employee access to key information.
Ensure accurate people data across HR metrics, delivering reports to HRBPs and SLT on schedule.
This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office.
About you: For this role, you'll need a keen interest in HR, with some previous exposure to at least one people related function (e.g.
Recruitment, L&D or Reward) and proven experience working at pace and juggling multiple competing priorities.
HiBob or similar HRIS experience (required).
Studying towards (or have completed) an entry level HR related qualification.
Excellent attention to detail with a drive for accuracy and pride in their work.
Ability to work well with other departments on business-critical work such as payroll and other processes.
Possess integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
An outcome focused mindset with a willingness to drive projects through to completion.
