workplace coordinator (HR and PA support) We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator in the architecture industry!

As the Workplace Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client's hybrid working environment.
You will be the focal point for both online and in-person communications and provide comprehensive administrative support to the company.
Salary: £30, / 5 days a week in the office / 9am-5.30pm Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of a professional, convivial, and well-organised hybrid working environment.Welcoming clients and visitors to the Studio.Ensuring the Studio reflects the professionalism of the company.Liaising with workspace management services to arrange high-standard meetings.Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.Providing written documentation support.Assisting in maintaining efficient office systems and equipment.Supporting facilities management and maintaining communication with suppliers.Developing and maintaining communication processes across the company.Assisting the Managing Director in diary organisation and business travel arrangements.Providing team support and liaising with IT consultants as required.Assisting in developing and communicating quality processes.Supporting HR processes, including onboarding and record-keeping.Assisting in organising company events.
Key Requirements:At least two years' experience in an office environment.IT literate with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Teams.Good numeracy and literacy skills.Experience in providing executive support and diary management.Experience in handling confidential information.
