Housing Solutions Manager

Park Avenue have partnered with a Local Authority in the Southeast on the lookout for an Interim Housing Solutions Manager.
I've worked with this council for several years, successfully appointing interim officers/ consultants within their Housing Service.
They have a small but exceptional Leadership Team that values interim expertise, fostering a culture of interdisciplinary working.
Their prevention-focused approach to Housing also means their frontline isn't overstretched (even in the current climate).
Your remit will span Homelessness Prevention, Private Rented Sector, Temporary Accommodation and Allocations.
Immediate priorities include mentoring team leaders, driving service improvement, and ensuring housing services are delivered effectively.
