Site Manager Glasgow.
(RC Frame Multi-Storey & Civils Experience Essential) Award-winning UK Property Developer is currently seeking experienced Site Managers for a major new build mixed-use development in Glasgow consisting of 1000 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor.
Site Manager will be responsible for: Overseeingthe Civils and R/C Frame element of this prestigious project.
Ensurethe highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance site wide.
Managesubcontractors and driving the timely completion of works to programme.
Manage all external works, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure top-tier delivery.
Chairprogress meetings and liaising with external facade engineers and building control.
Communicateeffectively with other departments, including commercial and design teams.
Maintainquality assurance procedures and ensuring the site is presented to a high standard.
Site Manager will have: Experience working on civils and multi-storey RC Frame projects is a must.
Experience working on external facade works in the construction industry.
Proven track record in delivering high-rise residential projects to a high standard.
Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and fire stopping requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
