JOB REF: 7822 The appointed Lawyer will handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims from start to completion, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
You will will liaise with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to negotiate settlements or pursue litigation when necessary.Applications are open to case handlers with three years of experience who are proficient in managing cases while ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law.You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
