You will confidently be able to manage a mixed residential property caseload of varied matters of around - files, predominantly consisting of freehold, leasehold, sale and purchase and transfers of equity files from inception to conclusion alongside: Building relationships with new and existing clientsAssist in business development and networking activities of the department and The successful candidate: You will hold at least 2yrs PQE and have successfully filled a conveyancing fee earning position for a minimum of 3 years.You will have the ability to work well under pressure at the same time as providing an exceptional service to clients and maintaining the firm's positive and successful reputation in the market.
