Set in stunning grounds, this popular hotel is seeking a talented Operations Manager to report to the Hotel Manager and lead the team with excellent management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and a solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of a hotel.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations of the hotel, including Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Conference and Banqueting, and Front Office teams.
Collaborating with estate and maintenance teams to ensure health and safety compliance.
Maintaining cost controls across departments in line with company targets.
Ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to brand standards.
Handling issues and complaints effectively.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven hospitality experience.
Previous management experience in a hotel setting.
Experience in managing, training, and developing a team.
Experience in running events, such as weddings with over 100 covers.
