Job DescriptionHorizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker at our new home in Salisbury.
\n\nYou must hold a level 3 in Childrens and Young Peoples workforce qualification for this role.
\n\nA full UK driving licence is needed for this role.

\n\nAbout you: \n\nYou will have recent experience working in a Childrens Residential Care as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker for at least a year and hold a minimum level 3 in Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce.
\n\nWhat youll be doing: \n\nAs a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: \n? Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
\n? Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast.

\n? Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home.
\n? Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
