My client is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner (Teaching Assistant) and Midday Supervisor to join their inclusive and vibrant school community.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting pupils in their learning activities across the classroom.
Assisting teachers with curriculum delivery to ensure every child achieves their potential.
Encouraging positive behavior and a nurturing classroom environment.
Supervising and promoting enjoyable, safe lunchtimes for students.
Helping children to develop independence, social skills, and confidence.
About You Be able to do the job as described.
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C minimum) or equivalent qualifications.
A natural ability to engage with children and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with staff.
Adaptability and enthusiasm to handle varied daily responsibilities.
