Your Role as an HLTA: Lead lessons and deliver planned learning activities in the absence of a teacher.
Support individual students and groups, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum.

Actively contribute to the academic and personal development of students, working closely with SEN pupils as required.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
A confident, proactive, and adaptable approach to classroom and one-to-one support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
