Location: Slough, United Kingdom Join Our Team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving school in Slough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone committed to making a positive impact on pupils' education by working collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and targeted support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead small group sessions and interventions, tailoring materials to meet diverse learning needs.
Support class teachers with assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
Supervise and assist pupils during lessons, break times, and extracurricular activities.
Help prepare classroom resources and create vibrant displays to enhance the learning environment.
Provide cover for class teachers during short-term absences or PPA time, ensuring high-quality teaching continuity.
Requirements: HLTA qualification or substantial experience covering primary classes in the UK.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational frameworks.
A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
