HLTA - Blackpool: Prospero Teaching are looking for a higher level teaching assistant to join one of our excellent primary schools near to Blackpool, covering lessons while the teacher is on PPA.
This is a part time position to start in January.
For this role, you will need excellent knowledge of both core and foundation subjects.
You will also be required to communicate effectively with the class teacher to monitor progress.
Position Details: Location: Blackpool Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant Hours: Mon-Wed, 8:15am-3pm Type of Work: Temporary Full time/Part time: Part time role Minimum Rate of Pay: £100 per day, depending on experience Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing Experience, Training & Qualifications: Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desirable but training can be provided) Team Teach qualification would be highly desired Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification would be highly desirable TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold right to work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related references OTHER: If you would like to be considered for any primary teaching roles, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
