Our client is a recruitment company with 40 employees based across a small group of offices in Southampton, Truro, Glasgow and Wellingborough.
Focused on the Shipping, Construction, Oil & Gas and Engineering space they work with candidates that are earning anywhere from £50,000 to £200,000 a year in their field, creating average fee's of £25k - £40k We have opportunities to join this Agency, at any one of their locations, at the following levels: Ø Trainee Consultant Ø Recruitment Consultant Ø Senior Consultant Ø Principal Consultant Why this Agency?

On average, the consultants here bill 25% more than with their previous employers due to the training and development available.
· Quarterly reviews.
Every 3 months you will be invited to sit down and discuss your desk, business area and how the company can improve you and the business plan for your desk.
At this point, objectives and promotion paths will be identified and planned towards.
· Non micromanagement atmosphere – if you're hitting target no one cares about call times or KPI's.
You will be taught how to effectively head hunt.
