This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment background, ideally in the healthcare sector, who is comfortable working with Matrix to source, place, and manage healthcare staff across hospitals and nursing homes.

The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for healthcare staff placements.
This includes sourcing and placing candidates, building relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring the successful placement of healthcare professionals under the Matrix system.
You will play an essential role in driving business growth and ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with high-quality healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff, using various channels such as job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private healthcare providers.
Identify their staffing requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Managing the Recruitment Process: Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate search to interview coordination, candidate placement, and onboarding.
Matrix Management: Utilise the Matrix system to manage and track the placement of candidates in hospitals and nursing homes, ensuring compliance with client requirements and legal regulations.
Sales & Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and negotiate recruitment contracts.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidates are fully compliant with industry regulations and client requirements, including DBS checks, qualifications, and relevant certifications.
The Ideal Candidate: Previous Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of recruitment experience, particularly within the healthcare sector (though not essential).
Familiarity with Matrix: Experience using the Matrix system for placing staff in hospitals and nursing homes is highly desirable.
You should be comfortable managing recruitment processes and candidate placements through this platform.
Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
Sales-Focused: You should have a drive for business development, with a proven ability to generate new clients and meet targets.
Organized and Self-Motivated: As a 360 consultant, you'll need to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities, so excellent time management and organizational skills are key.
