This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day.
Delivering the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues.A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.Reporting on your activities and keeping our KPIs on track.What you'll bringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:  Ideally some previous experience working Administrator.
Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication style.Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen – we're all about learning here!A passion to do a good job. Excited?
