? [High Salary] Merchandising Admin Assistant

We are looking for a talented Merchandising Admin Assistant or Allocator to join a dynamic and fast paced team based in Watford.
The role will be key in providing support to the merchandising team on forecasting, analysis and the on-time delivery of the ranges, always looking at the risk and opportunities available.
Key responsibilities include: - System management, raising PO's and updating these through the process - Work with suppliers on monitoring and managing the intake of stock to ensure timely deliveries as planned, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently - Flag any risk to stock launch dates to senior members of the team - Be able to work to and manage key critical path dates - Regular store visits to review displays and following up on any action required - Stock management from allocation, replenishment, and stock transfer within the business - Undertake regular comp shopping and trade shows and report back findings to the team - Create weekly trade reports and any other reporting as required by the team, reviewing weekly sales and be able to provide suggestions on course of action We are looking for someone who has: - Good communication skills, being able to effectively communicate across the business - A diligent and well organised work ethic, Be a self-starter and motivated as well as excellent problem-solving skills - A flexible approach to your work and the business, be a key team player and adapt as required - A positive "can-do" attitude, be decisive with a strong commercial awareness.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and Excel.
Hybrid working is available; 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
