Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a High-End Hi-Fi Sales Consultant at Martins Hi-Fi in Norwich.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on high-end audio products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role involves consulting with customers, demonstrating product features, and facilitating sales transactions.
Qualifications - Sales Consulting, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills - Customer Service and Consulting experience - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Knowledge of high-fidelity audio equipment and technology - Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus
