Healthcare Planner

We are delighted to be working with RFL property Services to find an interim Healthcare Planner as a new role for the company.
RFL property Services is a wholly owned subsidiary to the RFL NHS Trust and works with the hospital within the group and various national commissions to support estate development, project management and more.
They are looking for a Healthcare Planner who has worked on major healthcare schemes, on technical design and how it is linked to design of the environment as it relates to healthcare.
The individual should be familiar with Healthcare Design process (HBN, HTM, H20 etc) and able to lead and challenge the design process.
Be qualified to work through the RIBA stages and would have experience in developing clinical models, schedules of accommodation, and functional content for new buildings A clinical background would be beneficial and you would be working on projects both for RFL group and for commissions with the new hospital programme.
A key part of the role would be to be responsible for advising senior design team and laying the foundations for a new technical function within RFLPS.
This will be initially for a 4-month contract with view to extend with value added.
It is an immediate opportunity to start in December, working with a passionate and dedicated team.
Based in Angel, hybrid working pattern will be offered.
