Currently seeking passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing teams in various locations across the UK, including Kent, the Midlands, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Yorkshire, and Sussex.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager.
Assisting with daily living activities: I ncluding meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting to get dressed including bathing and social interaction.
Communication and collaboration: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate resident records.
Safety first: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
Team player who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities.
Organised individual with a strong attention to detail.
Problem-solver with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
All applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK to apply for this role (Please NOTE we do not provide sponsorship) Qualifications: Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2+ years in a care setting.
NVQ in Health & Social Care is desired, comprehensive training and support is provided.
