As the Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
You will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, mentoring and developing team members, and maintaining clinical excellence.

Location : Liverpool Salary : £57,842 - £59,470 pro-rata (including allowance) per annum Hours : 22.5 hours per week Contract : Part-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities : Lead and support the veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Oversee clinical decision-making, ensuring best practices are followed in both medical and surgical cases.
Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow in their roles.
Manage the scheduling, day-to-day operations, and team workflow.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate clinical records.
Participate in the recruitment and development of veterinary staff.
Engage in internal CPD programs and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
Working Hours : 22.5 hours per week, part-time position.

Requirements : MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
Proven experience in a leadership or senior veterinary role.
