Healthcare Assistant

Role: Hospital Healthcare Assistant (Wards/Outpatients) x 2 Location: Essex Salary: £23,000 Permanent/ full-time.
Start date: ASAP Must not require sponsorship as hospital cannot offer this.
A fantastic private hospital based in Essex is looking for an experienced Hospital Healthcare Assistant to join their growing team.
HCA Duties: To provide support to the clinical staff in the delivery of first-class patient care.
To support registered nurses in the assessment of care and participate without direct supervision in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care of patients.
Deal with client and consultant requests in an efficient and professional manner.
Chaperoning during patients consultations Wound assessment and changing of dressings Ensure the safe use and maintenance of equipment used within the clinic.
Perform mandatory daily and weekly checks to ensure all clinical governance standards are adhered to.
Who are we looking for?
IT literate Previous experience in a similar role, within either an NHS or private hospital setting.
Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills Ability to follow a clear instruction and feedback to senior staff Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative Able to prioritise and meet deadlines Must not require sponsorship as hospital cannot offer this.
