Compliance Auditor  Location - Travel mainly based around Home Counties some National  Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Benefits Aria Care are excited to offer a new position to a driven Compliance Auditor / Health and Safety Advisor.
We are looking for someone to join us who will bring knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Health and Safety within our Care Homes across the UK, we are able to offer support and guidance should you be starting out your career in Health and Safety and are currently studying towards your NEBOSH.
Travel will be a requirement for this role therefore a full clean driving license is needed and ability to travel to site daily with possible overnight stays when necessary.
This role will see our new colleague co-ordinate, support and advise the business on all aspects with regards to Health and Safety.
They will establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within the organisation are adhered to through working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of the company's vision, priorities, and services.
You will primarily be supporting Home Managers and Regional Directors with the delivery of the company H&S policy including the management of H&S and compliance alongside the Head of Health & Safety in a proactive manner.
Requirements NEBOSH Diploma/H&S Qualification - Working towards or willing to begin study of this will also be supported  Practical experience, post qualification as a professional within the Health and Safety field.
