Job summary ModalityPartnership Birmingham Division has a full-time vacancy for a Level 3 HealthCare Assistant to be based at Mirfield Surgery.
The postholder will be a high performing HCA,working across Modality Birmingham Division including one a week domiciliaryvisits.
We are seeking dedicatedpostholders who will work collaboratively with the general practice team tomeet the needs of our patients through the delivery of safe patient care.

Main duties of the job This is ahands-on patient facing role; we are seeking individuals to join our team whoare caring, compassionate and confident, who demonstrate effectivecommunication, excellent customer service skills, good IT skills and theability to support patients with interventions and/or queries.
The postholderwill be a key member of the practice team, responsible for undertaking patienthealth checks inc. BP / ECG monitoring / height and weight, taking bloodsamples, health and wellbeing advice and promotion.
