Job Description:Health Assessments Booking Advisor - WebchatPermanent Full Time (37.5 Hours)Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester (M50 3SP) Hybrid working – however, would be required to do a minimum of 2 days in the office.
Will only be entitled to hybrid working once training has been completed.

This is an exciting role working within Health Services.
You will be dealing with both new and repeat self pay or corporate customers, selling and assisting them in booking their Health Assessment, MSK appointments, GP visit and many more primary care products.
This could be via the telephone, webchat or Teams.Working in our UK support functions you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.

Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.You'll help us make health happen by:Working towards achieving a monthly revenue target and also an overall annual targetWorking on inbound and outbound callsArranging appointments within our Bupa clinics and liaise with the centres on a daily basisCommunicating with customers either via the telephone, email or webchatWorking with the eligibility & contracts team to ensure corporate customers are coveredoffer upgrades and cross sell other productsKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:You will have experience of working in a customer service/sales environment and demonstrating strong customer focused skills and an ability to up sell added products.Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.You will be PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and have the ability to combine communication and admin skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary.Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environmentAbility to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and to be responsible for both individual and team targetsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsBe able to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a 'can do' attitude within the team/departmentTelesales experience (desirable)BenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
