This leading Scaffolding company provide Scaffolding services within the commercial and residential industry.
They have been operating for over 20+ years and have continued to grow year on year with their team now consisting of 90 employees.
Due to an ever increasing workload, they are now looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their friendly team and make their mark on the business.
This varied role will see you working primarily autonomously as you undertake daily site visits across the South of the UK to carry out health and safety inspections and audits, scaffold inspections, development of health and safety policies, accident investigations and risk assessments.
You will be working closely with Site managers and teams as well as reporting back to senior leadership, as you work 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday.
This role would suit a Health and Safety Manager or similar, with a background in scaffolding, looking for a varied managerial role within a well-established company, offering the opportunity to manage your own time and develop new skills helping you to progress throughout the company.
