The Head of Risk will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks across the business.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and can be home based or based out of the following locations: Glasgow, Bristol, London or Dublin.
As Head of Risk, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Risk: Develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks across the organisation Collaborate with senior management to integrate risk management into strategic decision-making Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals Report on risk-related matters to the board and executive leadership Required knowledge and experience for the Head of Risk role: Extensive experience in risk management and developing risk frameworks Experience across the FMCG sector would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
