Overview: As the Global Head of Reward & Operations, you will play a critical role within the People and Culture function at Stella McCartney. The role will be the founding driver for designing, procuring, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
Together with a team of specialists, you will maintain and manage our portfolio of fantastic benefits and keep engagement, efficacy, and accessibility under review to further drive decision making and proposals for evolution.
You will have a deep understanding and knowledge of designing remuneration approaches and being agile to changes in commercial objectives. This pivotal role requires you to work closely with the Chief People Officer and the wider Global People Team in shaping the organization's approach to compensation and benefits, which fosters a culture of fairness, transparency, and equity.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives. Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages and make recommendations for adjustments, as necessary. Lead the job benchmarking process to ensure accurate and equitable job evaluations across the organization. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of colleague benefits programmes, including health insurance. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement together with overall Labour associated spend. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits in all of our trading markets. Work closely and effectively with the Head of People in each geography on effective team operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting their J-M-L activity and compensation review needs. Requirements: Extensive experience in compensation and benefits, including executive reward, together with exposure and experience within general People Operations processes and tooling. Multi-market experience globally or across Europe with an appreciation and understanding of market nuances and localized best in class benefit offerings. Deep understanding and knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and methodologies, including job benchmarking. Intentional and strategic review of comprehensive internal/external benefits programmes including health insurance, dental, pension, wellbeing partners, discounts, allowances, travel, etc. Analytical curiosity and strong storytelling skills; the ability to interpret and present data in a compelling and influential way to drive best decision-making. A great communicator with experience in relationship management across all levels of a fast-moving organization with the ability to adapt to changing environments. Leadership abilities which demonstrate empowerment through team support, leading from the front, back, and side.
