The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to take on a senior leadership role as Head of Property Management within a dynamic and forward-thinking property consultancy.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the property management team across multiple South West locations.
Implement strategies to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee financial management and ensure attention to detail in all operations.
Act as a key decision-maker at Board level, contributing to company growth and success.
