As the Head of Programmes, Strategy and Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in improving our services and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Adult Social Care Improvement team, driving forward strategic initiatives and improvement projects.Collaborate with corporate and political leadership to identify and deliver on key priorities and value to residents.Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident voice and influence, ensuring our services are responsive to their needs.Oversee the department's communication and co-production approach, aligning it with our vision and corporate strategy.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the directorate.Skills and Experience Required: Proven management experience in developing strategy and change within complex public sector environments.Extensive experience in running successful programmes and projects that drive service improvements and manage risk.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Excellent strategic collaborative leadership, with the ability to connect stakeholders to a common purpose.Sophisticated understanding of working within a complex multi-layer model of decision-making and influence.About the Team: You will be leading the Adult Social Care Improvement team, working as a key part of the Assurance, Strategy and Improvement division.
