A leading design studio in London is in search of a Commercial Operations Director to join their team.
The studio has a multi-layered approach to narrative-driven craftsmanship, covering fine art, design objects, and the creation of new materials.
They work with clients such as (U)HNWI, interior designers, brands, and public bodies for public commissions.
The studio's work can be found in iconic super-prime real estate, yachts, public spaces, and galleries globally.
They have a highly talented team that handcrafts and designs everything in London.
The studio is looking at talent outside the realm of design to bring in value to their processes - they seek those from factory/production and manufacturing lines that could be from the automotive, chemical or food industry.
This role is for a profile who actively wants a new environment and new challenge.
The studio has been operating for 20 years and is now seeking a head of production to support expansion in the business.
The role will involve working with the craftsmen day-to-day to improve the performance of the team, throughout the making process.

They foster a friendly, down-to-earth culture and value thought leadership, depth of thought, intelligence, and integrity, seeking individuals who share similar work ethics.
