Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations and People to join our team in Oxford.
This pivotal role will involve overseeing the daytoday operations of The Project PT ensuring smooth and efficient business processes and directly supporting the owners in achieving strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong operational background excellent organisational skills a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment and a desire to create change in the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily operations in our gyms holiday camps and social impact to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively.
Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of managers and coaches fostering a work culture that incorporates kindness inclusivity community and impact.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the owners to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys mission and goals.
Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction addressing client feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets expenses and financial performance providing regular reports to the owners.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies implementing best practices across all areas of the business.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Project Management: Lead and manage special projects initiatives and events that support the companys growth and community engagement.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operational management role you could be coming from a background in the fitness health or wellness industries but we would also welcome applications from a range of sectors including hospitality and lifestyle Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management budgeting and reporting.
ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically with initiative and make sound decisions.
Customer Focus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the client experience.
Passion for Health and Fitness: A genuine interest in health fitness and wellbeing aligning with The Project PTs mission and core values.
Flexibility : This role can require shift work and studio cover and getting stuck in where required to Benefits Competitive salary between per annum.
20% Bonus based on EBITDA.
