We are pleased to be working with an ambitious and value-driven £33m turnover law firm on a search for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications.
This role will lead and manage the firm's strategic and day-to-day marketing communications.
This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing internal and external communications, digital channels, brand identity, PR, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement firm-wide communications aligned with strategic goals.
Oversee PR, directories, awards, and rankings, managing the firm's reputation and corporate messaging.
Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms (written, audio, video) to support business growth.
Act as the firm's brand guardian, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and supporting the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
Manage digital strategy.
Lead the Marketing Communications Team.
Manage relationships with external suppliers (PR, SEO, design agencies), ensuring ROI on all marketing activities.
Requirements: Strong leadership and project management skills with experience in marketing communications in a professional services environment.
Proven track record in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
Ability to manage external suppliers and agencies, including PR and SEO firms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
