Head of HR Operations, Christian Charity, London, c£40,000 DOE (negotiable) Wonderful opportunity exists at this London based Christian charity for a Practicing Evangelical Christian with a mature faith to lead their Human Resources team as a their new Head of HR Operations.
Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will take the operational lead and drive forward a 4 strong team to ensure an effective and pro active operational human resource strategy and manage a variety of ad-hoc projects as well as the day-to-day management of the HR team.
Duties include interviewing for mission, HR process review, day-to-day operational HR issues, etc.
You will have a demonstrable track record over a number of years in human resource management and ideally professional qualifications (CIPD) including relevant post qualification experience.
Highly IT literate you are comfortable using HR software and the MS Office suite of applications and are proficient in HR Policy development and implementation.
In addition you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong Christian Faith as it is an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder will be a practicing evangelical Christian.
