Consumer Additions are partnering with a PE backed, multi-site healthcare business to help them recruit a Head of FP&A into their team.
This role will be instrumental in leading financial planning, analysis, and strategy development to support the business's growth and operational goals.
Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Developing strong financial models to help the business towards achieving its strategic and financial goals.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analysing performance trends, variances, and key drivers.
Present findings to executive leadership, highlighting actionable insights, risks, and opportunities.
Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership, providing data-driven insights that support critical business decisions.
Build strong relationships, business partnering with teams in sales, operations, and marketing to align financial objectives with business strategy.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping teams to achieve financial targets.
Develop complex financial models to access business scenarios, including market expansion and capital investments.
Highlight potential risks and opportunities to help guide long-term business planning.
Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals.
Provide coaching and growth opportunities, enabling the team to deliver high-impact insights and analysis.
Drive and streamline process's to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate: Qualified accountant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Strong track record in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a multi-site business environment.
Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams, particularly in a matrixed environment.
Expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
