Experience with new openings, refits, or rebrands would be a distinct advantage.
In this role, you'll manage multiple branded F&B operations and retail offerings within a bustling holiday resort village, overseeing a large team.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in running high-volume, multi-site operations, whether from branded restaurants, food-led pubs, airports, or holiday parks.
A big personality and exceptional leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to drive sales through proactive marketing and retail strategies.
Cultural fit is very important to this company, which aims to create a vibrant and people-focused community, so the right candidate must be an exceptional people manager.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, GP, and bottom-line profits, making commerciality essential, along with outstanding people skills.
You'll thrive under pressure, especially during peak season, and enjoy the autonomy to lead a team of up to 100 staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences for up to 5,000 holidaymakers weekly.
With a salary of up to £50k per annum and unmatched rewards for exceeding targets, this is one of the most exciting opportunities in hospitality today.
This role is commutable from York, Hull, or the East Yorkshire coast; however, on-site accommodation is available, making this the perfect position for those ready to take on a challenge and make a lasting impact.
