The Role Addepar is seeking a hard-working and strategic Head of EMEA Marketing to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa!
This is an outstanding opportunity for a marketing leader to develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that supplies to Addepar's continued growth in the region.
You will independently own and drive all aspects of marketing, and play a key role in crafting Addepar's brand image and market presence!
What You'll Do Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global and regional business objectives.
Develop and implement localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, etc.)
to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA wealth management technology space.
Develop positive relationships with key partners and industry influencers.
Collaborate with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals.
Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance.
Excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a bias for action.
Test new marketing initiatives, iterating quickly, and adapting based on data and results.
Who You Are 10+ years of shown experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry.
Experience in setting clear goals and objectives, and holding vendors or partners accountable for delivering results.
Strong understanding of the EMEA marketing landscape and cultural nuances.
Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and give to the achievement of overall business objectives.
Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, ad platforms, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Proficiency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
