Our client, a well-respected and reputable membership body, is currently looking for a Head of Learning, Education & Development. This is an exciting time to join to lead in what will be a transformational programme of development and digitalisation throughout the organisation's education and training provision.
The Role Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be given the autonomy to strategise and implement learning and development solutions which will keep the sector's skills growth moving forward at pace.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic oversight for continued growth and success of the education and training provisionManage and further develop the external training provisionManage the Qualification CentreEngage with Committees and Employer GroupsQuality and Compliance ManagementIT and resourcingStakeholder managementPerson Specification Our client is looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic, and passionate learning and development professional to lead on this project as well as be the operational lead on the daily running of the various education and training streams.

Experience in accreditation and quality assessment of training and learningDemonstrate a good understanding of the regulatory requirements and conditions in relation to quality assurance of learning and education assessmentsExtensive experience of managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including technical experts, consultants, and committeesCommercial acumen and experience with setting and managing budgetsA firm understanding of the technologies that deliver and support learning in the 21st centuryTo apply for this role, please send your CV.
