ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Drama department, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding Drama curriculumInspire and motivate students to explore their creativity and develop their performance skillsCollaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging and innovative Drama lessonsPlan and coordinate school productions, performances, and eventsAssess student progress and provide constructive feedbackSupport the professional growth and development of Drama teachersContribute to extracurricular Drama activities and eventsMaintain accurate records of student achievements and progressMinimum RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentSpecialization in Drama or performing arts-related fieldPostgraduate degree in Drama or Drama Education (preferred)Proven experience teaching Drama, preferably at the secondary levelStrong leadership and management abilitiesPassionate about promoting creativity and excellence in DramaExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to continuous professional development in Drama educationCompany Information Wayman Group is a reputable recruitment agency with extensive experience in the education sector.
