The Role As Head of Department, you will: Lead and develop one of our core subject areas (Mathematics, Science, English, or Spanish).
Inspire excellence in teaching and learning for students, laying the foundation for their future success.
Design and implement innovative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning needs.
Mentor and support teachers within your department to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-curricular initiatives and uphold the school's ethos of holistic education.
Monitor and evaluate the department's performance, ensuring high standards of achievement.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have a proven track record of excellence in teaching and leadership within their subject area.

Demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in secondary education.
