Head of Data and Analytics Salary-up to £120k plus benefits Location- M4 corridor/ Berkshire Our client is an international company that requires the next generation data leader for their sprawling IT estate.
They need an all-round Head of data and Analytics who can lead, shape, and solutions for a predominantly Microsoft estate and need to achieve the following: - Financial reconciliation Fix reporting strategy, there is a massive time lag in reporting Lead teams of BI developers and reporting staff to improve processes throughout the organization, especially in Europe Fix data bricks implementation Fix Power BI automation processes Get all data sources identified Demonstrate delivery experience using Azure Databricks Solid delivery experience using ADF, ADLS Gen2, and the Azure Cloud Ecosystem Understands the key principles of Data Warehouse design including Star Schema, F&D design, Dimension and Fact loading patterns, SCD and CDC concepts Experience with the use of MS DevOps for Scrum management and with Repos and use of CI / CD Pipelines between Azure and DevOps Proven track record in developing data pipelines, data warehouses, data Lakehouse, and similar data repositories for BI, Reporting, and Analytics use Experience with the use of Neo4j is advantageous but not mandatory- AI, Introduce AI as a service, incorporate the power of knowledge graph technology (Neo4j, etc).
Certifications (Nice to Have) Any relevant Azure certifications/exams such as AZ-900, DP-900, DP-203, or DP-500 Any relevant Databricks certifications: Lakehouse Data Engineer Associate: Lakehouse Data Engineer Professional
