We're looking for someone to lead compliance.
Everything from implementing policies and procedures, product governance, financial crime and interaction with the regulator.
We need someone pragmatic for this role, who isn't precious about rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in.
Someone that understand their risk tolerance and is a true partner to the business.
