Job Description Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 9 months contract (Maternity Leave Cover) Work set up: Hybrid Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Brand & Campaigns to lead the strategic development and execution of global brand campaigns.
This role requires an organized, empathic leader with a strong passion for building relationships and driving business growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a small team of marketing professionals, and lead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple regions and verticals.
What you will do: Campaign Management: Lead a team to ensure the successful design, delivery, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and adjustments.
Brand Development: Strengthen global brand presence through consistent messaging, innovative content, and strategic communications.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team, senior leadership, intelligence, and policy teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to amplify marketing efforts and maximize effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager and Revenue Operations Lead to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a small team of marketing professionals across multiple time zones.
Support the hiring and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of content marketing and thought leadership programs that support brand and commercial goals.
Ensure all content is aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) needs in collaboration with internal and agency partners.
Event Management: Oversee and support execution of the global events program, including owned and third-party events, speaking opportunities, and webinars.
Budget Management: Work within the agreed budget and manage marketing spend effectively to ensure ROI.
Qualifications Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns with exceptional results.
Experience in interim or parental leave cover roles, with a track record of quickly delivering excellence.
Strong knowledge across paid digital, events, PR, social media, content, email, and webinars.
Experience using HubSpot to build and optimize marketing automation systems.
Deep branding knowledge, with an understanding of marketing's role in the development and monetization of products and services.
Experience in developing creative, sales-focused marketing concepts and strategies.
Passion and tangible experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS industries is a must.
Ability to analyse data, make insight-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns for clear results.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished presentation skills.
Passionate about delivering campaign excellence, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial impact.
Thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, scale-up environment and adaptable to changes.
Adept at creating content and campaigns that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Continuously informed about industry trends and committed to innovation in marketing strategies.
Driven to lead and develop a diverse team, maximizing potential and fostering growth.
