Office location with Hybrid working: Hammersmith.The Head of B2B Marketing at Hyperoptic is accountable for demand generation and marketing across the B2B funnel to achieve network penetration and revenue targets.
You will be responsible for managing internal teams and external agencies whilst working with senior stakeholders across the UK and Belgrade.
What will you be doing?
Own overall and segmented B2B marketing propositions and acquisition strategy collaborating with Product, Commercial and delivery teams across the business to execute strong GTM plans.
Maximise growth opportunities through targeted marketing planning and execution supporting Outbound, Inbound, Digital and B2B Client customer journeys.Provide B2B marketing and commercial leadership to internal (Sales, Web, Infrastructure) & external (Agency) teams.Proactively use Homes Passed and relevant internal data along with external tools to feed Sales CRM workflow and optimise demand generation channels.Deliver and improve ROI from key acquisition and retention activities for B2B.
What we are looking for: Experience across the B2B marketing funnel including prospects, leads, traffic and order in the telco/ISP space or customer subscription servicesData literacy (comfortable manipulating and improving data sets across relevant tools e.g.
Excel, AI software tools) and string understanding of GDPR compliance.Experience in leading virtual stakeholder teams (internal and agency) in a fast-paced growth environment.Instinctive marketer with a measured approach to risk taking and the resilience to persevere in the face of challenges.
A natural feel for B2B messaging and creative.Strong commercial awareness and ability to plan to achieve targets.Excellent eye for detail to spot opportunities, inconsistencies and process gaps.
